I am still setting up PhpGedView and it's Message Boards, but wanted to go ahead and get what information I have entered online for others who may be researching any of the lines in my gedcom. I am not just entering my direct lines but am also entering collateral lines as well, so pleases be patient while I gather and enter the information.

Where I have sources and images I will enter that information as well and upload the images. There may be some information and individuals I do not have sources on because a couple of years ago our house was broke into and both of my computers stolen. Naturally all of my source information I had on the computer was gone with it! I am slowly rebuilding that lost information

There are several ways you can browse the gedcom. The easiest way I have found is to click on the CHARTS menu tab and choose PEDIGREE CHART. Once there you can view my pedigree. You can choose any ancestor in the pedigree and click on their name and it will take you to their individual page. From there you can view personal facts and details of the individual. If you click on CLOSE RELATIVES you can view all the family members for that individual. You'll also notice the tabs for SOURCES & MEDIA, which are pretty self explanatory. There are many different functions and capabilities and the best way to learn about them is by clicking on them and checking each area out.

You can also print reports and download information to import into your own gedcom file by clicking on the REPORTS & FAMILY TREE CLIPPINGS tabs.

If you have trouble using the site, you can click on the Help icon to give you information on how to use the page that you are currently viewing

If you wish to view information on living individuals you must register and let me know how you are related to that person. You must also register to post to the Message Boards.
